California Accent

Some Californians don't want to be Californians anymore. They have their flag, capital city, and a whole bunch of county boards of supervisors votes that, to be honest, the rest of California has basically ignored. This week's episode also features our first guest star state: Oregon.

California will put just about any damn thing on the ballot if you can get enough people to sign your petition and $2000 to sink into getting it through the bureaucracy. For some of us, that meant reading Island of the Blue Dolphins and making models of missions out of flour, salt, and water. For others, it meant a trip to one of Orange County's top 3 theme parks for none of the possible fun and all of the mandatory education!
